It is ordered on consent that: 1. As of the hearing date, the arrears and costs owing to January 31, 2026 total $10,767.00. 2. The parties agree the rent for February 2026 shall be paid as follows: • $450.00 on or before March 1, 2026; • $450.00 on or before April 1, 2026; and • $276.00 on or before May 1, 2026. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: • The Tenant shall pay $174.00 towards arrears of rent on or before May 1, 2026. • The Tenant shall pay $450.00 towards arrears of rent on or before the 1st day of each month, beginning June 1, 2026, up to and including April 1, 2028; and • The Tenant shall also pay the remaining balance of $248.00 on or before May 1, 2028. 4. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period March 1, 2026, to May 1, 2028, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 5.
