Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The Tenants shall ensure that neither they nor their occupants or guests substantially interfere with the Landlord’s or any other tenants’ reasonable enjoyment, or with any lawful right, privilege, or interest, for a period of three (3) months commencing on February 4, 2026, including: a. Refraining from making excessive noise within the rental unit or the residential complex, including but not limited to screaming, yelling, loud thuds or bangs, and playing audio or video devices at high volumes. 2. If the Tenants fail to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 1 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Landlord must make the File Number: LTB-L-086071- 25 Order Page 2 of 2 application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB wit hout notice to the Tenants.
