Dispute this orderapplied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict O'Neil McLean (the 'Tenant') and for an order to have the Tenant pay the rent they owe because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on October 7, 2025 with respect to application LTB-L-053694-25. This application was resolved by order LTB-L-086063-25 issued on October 14, 2025. On March 3, 2026, the Tenant requested a review of the order. This application was heard by videoconference on March 24, 2026.
It is ordered that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-086063-25 issued on October 14, 2025 is granted and the order is cancelled. 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of October 30, 2025, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $5,190.66. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit and costs. The rent deposit and key deposit is deducted from the amount owing by the Tenant. 4. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before April 15, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 16, 2026 at 4% annually on the balance outstanding.
