The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below for a 12-month period, beginning December 16, 2025, to November 16, 2026. 2. The Tenant will refrain from engaging in any aggressive behaviour such as raising voices, verbal threats and slamming doors at the residential complex. 3. Tenant is not to interfere with the enjoyment of other Tenants space or engage in activity like that listed in the notice of termination giving rise to this application. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph #2 #3 #4 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
