It is ordered that: 1. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord rent owing for the months of April 2026 to March 2027, no later than the first day of each month. 2. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing in paragraph 3, above, on or before March 31, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
