It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant shall move out of the rental unit on or before July 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 31, 2026, then starting August 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after August 1, 2026. File Number: LTB-L-009674-26 Order Page 2 of 2 4. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $33.85 per day ($1,029.86 X 12 divided by 365) for the use of the unit starting August 1, 2026, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues to July 31, 2026, if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 6. The Tenant shall not engage in any behaviour similar in nature to the originating N7 notice including knocking on the unit 4 tenants door, yelling at the unit 4 tenants or hitting the unit 4 tenants door with a hammer. 7. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 6 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
