it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 starting May 13, 2026 and continuing to May 12, 2028. 2. The Tenant shall not physically approach Kimberly Pedwell. File Number: LTB-L-009432- 26 O rder Page 2 of 2 3.The Tenant shall not haras s, swear, or yell at the Landlord’s agents or any Tenant in the res idential complex. 4.If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions s et out in paragraphs 2 or 3 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 ( the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Landlord mus t make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenant. 5.The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 6.The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 5 in ac cordance with the following schedule: •Pay ment of $62.00 on or befor e June 1, 2026; •Pay ment of $62.00 on or befor e July 1, 2026; and •Pay ment of $62.00 on or befor e August 1, 2026. 7.If the Tenant does not make any of the required pay ments pursuant to paragraph 7 above in full and by the applic able deadline, the Tenant will start to owe interes t. The monies owing shall bear interes t at the post-j udgement interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
