It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 31, 2026, then starting September 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after September 1, 2026. 4. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $31.56 per day ($960.00 X 12 divided by 12 months) for compensation for the use of the unit starting September 1, 2026, to the date the Tenants move out of the unit. 5. The Landlord forgoes rent for June and July 2026. 6. The Landlord shall also pay to the Tenants $10,000.00 as follows: • $5,000.00 on or before April 30, 2026 • $5,000.00 on or before August 31, 2026, provided the Tenants vacate the rental unit on or before August 31, 2026, and return 3 keys to the Landlord. 7. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenants the full amount owing per paragraph 6 of this order, the Landlord will start to owe interest.
