It is ordered on consent that: L1 Application – Non-Payment of Rent 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $2,293.52 for arrears of rent up to April 30, 2026, including costs of $186.00 for the application filing fee. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph one (1) in accordance with the following schedule: a) Starting May 1 st , 2026, for a period of 11 consecutive months, the Tenant shall make monthly payments of $200.00 to the Landlord due on or before the 1 st day of every month. b) The Tenant shall make one last payment of $93.52 on or before April 1, 2027.
