it is ordered that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $5,258.15 which represents arrears of rent ($5,047.15) , NSF fees ($25.00), plus the application filing fee ($186.00) for the period ending March 31, 2026. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: • $2010.91 on or before April 24, 2026. • $535.00 on or before the 1st day of each month, from October 1, 2026, to February 1, 2027.
