It is ordered that: File Number: LTB-T-053751- 25-LTB-L-006101- 26 Order Page 2 of 2 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before March 31, 2026, then starting April 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after April 1, 2026 . 4. The parties agree that on or before February 12, 2026, the Landlords shall pay to the Tenants one month’s compensation as required under s. 49.1 of the Act in the amount of $1,578.88 5. Should the Landlords not the pay the Tenants on or before February 12, 2026, starting February 13, 2026, the Landlords will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 6. The parties agree that the Landlords shall pay to the Tenants $3,800.00 on or before March 31, 202 6, subject to the following conditions: a) That the unit shall be left in a broom-swept condition; and b) Vacant possession of the unit shall be provided by the Tenants, and the payment will be made once the keys are returned to the Landlords. 7. Should the Landlords not the pay the Tenants upon the satisfaction of the above- noted conditions on or before March 31, 2026, starting April 1 , 2026, the Landlords will start to owe interest.
