Order LTB-L-005866-26, issued on January 30, 2026, is set aside and cannot be enforced. 3. The previous order issued on December 2, 2025 with respect to LTB-L-057994-25-RV is amended as follows: 2. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $4,906.95 for arrears of rent up to November 30, 2025 and costs. File Number: LTB-L-005866-26-SA Order Page 4 of 4 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: • $1,782.73 on or before March 1, 2026 • $500.00 on or before the first day of each month, commencing on April 1, 2026, up to and including September 1, 2026 • $124.22 on or before October 1, 2026 4. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlords new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing on the first day of each month for the period January 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026, regardless of whether the arrears are paid in full. 5. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of rent and costs to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlords pursuant to paragraph 5 of this order shall become immediately due and owing and the Landlords may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Tenant’s breach pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant and requiring the Tenant pay any new arrears, NSF fees and related charges that became due after November 30, 2025.
