applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict GHETZ GUSTAMA and Kevin Gustama (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was heard by videoconference on April 7, 2026 .

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $8,595.45 for arrears of rent and costs up to April 30, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: (a) $1,500.00 arrears payment on May 8, 2026; (b) $1,500.00 arrears payment on May 22, 2026; (c) $1,500.00 arrears payment on June 5, 2026; (d) $1,500.00 arrears payment on June 19, 2026; (e) $1,095.45 arrears and filing fees payment on July 3, 2026; 3.
