It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of March 30, 2026, the date the Tenants gave vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord. 2. The Tenants shall pay $1,000.00 to the Landlord for arrears of rent up to March 30, 2026 ($2,497.58) and costs ($186.00) minus the rent deposit ($1,675.00) and interest owing on the rent deposit ($8.58). 3. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before April 15, 2026, the Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 16 , 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 4. This is a full and final settlement of all matters related to the tenancy. The terms contained in this order resolve all issues between the parties to date. Neither party will commence any action against one another in relation to the tenancy under the Residential Tenancies Act.
