it is ordered that: 1. The total sum of arrears for regular monthly housing charges owing up to and including February 28, 2026 as of today’s date of February 4, 2026 is $16,023.00 which includes the application filing fee of $186.00. 2. The Co-op Member shall pay the total sum of arrears of regular monthly housing charges in the amount of $16,023.00 as noted in paragraph 1 above according to the date and amount of each payment as follows: File Number: LTB-C-098014-25 Order Page 2 out of 2 a) On or before March 1, 2026 and on or before the 1 st (first) day of each consecutive month thereafter for the next 16 months (17 months total including the start date) up to and including July 1, 2027 or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest, the Co- op Member shall pay lawful regular monthly housing charges on time and in full. b) On or before February 20, 2026 and on or before the 20th (twentieth) day of each consecutive month thereafter for the next 16 months (17 months total including the start date) up to and including June 20, 2027 the amount of $905.00 per month towards the arrears. c) On or before July 20, 2027 the remaining outstanding balance of arrears in the amount of $638.00. 3.
