applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Kimberley Ford (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant has been persistently late in paying the Tenant's rent. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date. This application was resolved by order SOL-09347-19 issued on January 29, 2020. The Tenant requested a review of the order. The request was heard by videoconference on October 22, 2021.
