It is ordered that: 1. The Landlords shall pay to the Tenant a rent abatement of $489.38. 2. The Landlords shall also pay the Tenant $50.00 for the cost of filing the application. 3. The total amount the Landlords owe the Tenant is $539.38. 4. The Landlords shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing by August 16, 2021. 5. If the Landlords do not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by August 16, 2021 the Landlords will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from August 17, 2021 at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
