it is ordered that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-011274-22 issued on January 17, 2023 is granted. The order is cancelled and replaced as follows: 2. The tenancy is terminated as of March 24, 2023. The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord $16,793.62, which represents the arrears owing, half of the cost to repair the door damage as per the N5 notice, and the cost of the application in accordance with the following payment schedule: 27 monthly payments of $600.00 due on or before the 28 th of each month starting April 28 th 2023 to June 28th, 2025 $593.62 payment on or before July 28 th 2025. 3. The balance owing under paragraph 1 of this order shall become payable on the day following the date of default. The monies owing shall bear interest at the post-judgment interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Act.
