There is no money owed to the Landlord by the Tenant. 3. The Landlord shall pay to the Tenant $5,500.00 which shall be made on or before April 10 th , 2023. 4. If the Landlord fails to pay the Tenant as set out in subsection 3, this order shall become payable on the day following the date of default. The monies owing shall bear interest at the post-judgement interest rate as determined under subsection 207(7) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. 5. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 10 th , 2023, the Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $82.19 per day for the use of the unit starting May 11 th , 2023, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 6. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 10 th , 2023, then starting May 11 th , 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 7. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after May 11 th , 2023.
