IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 2, 2023. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $18,823.80, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from February 1, 2020 to March 22, 2023. The Landlord shall deduct any payments that the Tenant has made between February 1, 2020 and March 22, 2023.
