Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The tenancy is terminated as of June 30, 2023. The Tenants shall vacate the unit on or before that date. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 30, 2023, then starting July 1, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord, on or after July 1, 2023. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $82.19 per day in compensation for the use of the unit from July 1, 2023 to the date the Tenants vacate the unit. File Number: LTB-L-080342-22 Order Page 2 of 2 2. The last month’s rent deposit is applied to the period of June 2023. 3. The Tenants owe to the Landlord the total sum of $17,686.00 which includes the application filing fee of $186.00 and represents the total arrears owing up to and including May 31, 2023 as of today’s date of May 24, 2023. However, the Landlord agrees to waive the total arrears sum of $17,686.00 on the condition that the Tenants provide vacant possession of the unit on or before June 30, 2023 as noted in paragraph 1. 4.
