Determinations

It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated, as of September 30, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 30, 2021. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $2,602.92, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from June 1, 2021 to August 9, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit. 3. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $62.47 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from August 10, 2021 to the date they move out of the unit. 4. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 5. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before August 20, 2021, they will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from August 21, 2021 at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 6. If the unit is not vacated on or before September 30, 2021, then starting October 1, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 2021 CanLII 114669 (ON LTB) File Number: CEL-99279-21 Order Page 3 of 3 7.
