Dispute this orderapplied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Daniel Lawrence and Sydney Ensing (the 'Tenanst') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlords were represented at the hearing by Julie Lloyd. The Tenants were not present at the hearing. Prior to the hearing the Landlord’s representative advised that a consent agreement had been reached with the Tenants. Even though the Tenants were not present, based on the submissions of the Landlord’s representative, I am satisfied the parties have a consent agreement to resolve this application.
It is ordered that: 1. The Landlords shall pay to the Tenants $326.70 in satisfaction of the Tenants’ application. 2. The Landlords shall pay to the Tenants $326.70 on or before January 31, 2023. 3. If the Landlords do not pay the Tenants the full amount owing by January 31, 2023, the Landlords will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from February 01, 2022, at 5.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 4. This order resolves all issues between the parties arising from the tenancy.
