It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated on October 31, 2023. The Tenants will return vacant possession to the Landlord on or before October 31, 2023. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before O ctober 31 2023, then starting November 1, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after N ovember 1, 2023. 4. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $6,496.00 for arrears of rent up to October 31, 2023. This includes the filing fee that that Landlord is entitled to, to cover the costs of the application, less the rent deposit ($1,375.00) being held by the Landlord and interest owing on the rent deposit.
