Dispute this orderapplied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Raman deep Kaur, Jappanjeet Singh Rekhi, Hargun Kaur a.k.a Hargun Kaur Rekhi and Arpandeep Singh (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owe. It is ordered that: 1. The hearing is adjourned to a date to be scheduled by the LTB. The LTB will send the parties a Notice of Hearing for the next hearing date. 2. On or before February 1, 2024, the Tenants shall provide to the Landlord and file with the LTB their preferred address for service of documents. 3. On or before February 22, 2024, the Tenants shall provide the Landlord and file with the LTB a written description of each issue they intend to raise under section 82(1) of the Act. 4. On or before February 22, 2024, the parties shall provide to each other and file with the LTB a copy of all documents, pictures and other evidence they intend to rely on at the hearing. 5. On or before March 7, 2024, the parties shall provide to each other and file with the LTB a copy of all documents, pictures and other evidence they intend to rely on as response evidence at the hearing.
