applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Leonor Navia (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was heard by videoconference on January 17, 2023.

It is ordered that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $3,177.31 arrears and costs owing up to January 31, 2023. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: (a) Commencing February 2023, and continuing each month up to and including June 2023, $530.00 on or before the 20 th day of each of those months, respectively, (b) The balance of $527.31 on or before July 20, 2023. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period February 2023, up to and including July 2023, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever is earliest. 4.
