applied for an order requiring the Tenants to compensate the Landlord for the damage; because they, another occupant of the rental unit or someone they permitted in the residential complex have substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant; because they, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenants permitted in the residential complex have seriously impaired the safety of any person; and because they have been persistently late in paying their rent. It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants moved out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2020. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $6,368.97*, which represents the amount of rent owing and compensation up to March 31, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. 5. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount of $7,058.97 owing on or before February 2, 2021, the Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from February 3, 2021 at 3.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
