applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Love Sweet Delos Santos (the 'Tenant') and for an order to have the Tenant pay the rent they owe because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on February 9, 2022 with respect to application TEL-17970-21. This application was decided without a hearing being held.

It is ordered that: 1. Order TEL-17970-21 is cancelled. 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 29, 2023. 3. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 29, 2023, then starting April 30, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 4. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after April 30, 2023. 5. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $11,007.36* (less any payments made by the Tenant after this application was filed on February 6, 2023). This amount represents the rent owing up to April 18, 2023 and the cost of filing the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit. 6. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $47.67 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 19, 2023, to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 7. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before April 29, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be a simple interest calculated from April 30, 2023, at 6.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
