This L2/L3 application was heard by videoconference on January 24, 2024. The Landlords’ Legal Representative, Calvin Chan, twoof the Landlords, Barbara Hall (BH) and Kelly Mackey(KM), and the Tenant attended the hearing. The Tenantconsulted with Tenant Duty Counsel prior to the hearing. The Tenantshall pay to the Landlords$36.16per day for compensation for the use of the unit startingJuly 1, 2024 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 4.If the unit is not vacated on or before June 30, 2024, then startingJuly 1, 2024, the Landlordsmay file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 5.Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlordson or afterJuly 1, 2024. 6.The Landlordsowethe Tenant$176.02, which is the current amount of theinterest owing on the rent deposit. 7.The Landlordsor the Tenant shall pay to the other any sum of money that is owed as a result of this order.
