applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Laura Nana Sandjo (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The parties attended a Hearing on July 13, 2023, by video conference where the parties elected to participate in Board facilitated mediation with the assistance of Dispute Resolution Officer (DRO) Anne-Marie Davis. The Landlord’s representative, Jordan Nieuwhof, and the Tenant were present. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount owing of $595.11 in full and on or before July 21, 2023. 3. If the Tenant fails to make the payment in accordance with paragraph 2 of this order in full and on time, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and payable to the Landlord, together with simple interest, calculated from the day after default, at 6.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
