It is ordered that: 1. Order LTB-L-040373- 23 is cancelled and replaced with the following: 2. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before October 28, 2023. 3. If the unit is not vacated on or before October 28, 2023, then starting October 29, 2023, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 4. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after October 29, 2023. 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $7,216.00 representing arr ears and cost s to the end of September 2023. 6. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlords $54.25 for each day the Tenants reside in the unit commencing October 1, 2023 until the Landlord gain vacate possession of the rental unit. 7. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlords the full amount owing on or before October 28, 2023, the Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from October 29, 2023 at 7.00% annuall y on the balance outstanding.
