it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated in a final way effective April 30, 2024. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 30, 2024, then the Tenants shall pay the Landlord compensation of $98.63 per day for the use of the unit starting May 1, 2024 until the date the Tenants move out of the unit. 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $17,084.88 on or before April 29, 2024. 6. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before April 29, 2024, the Tenants will start to owe interest.
