When to use the T4 — and what happens next

Landlord didn't provide the service/item promised in an N10 AGI agreement. The T4 is filed by the tenant.

Serving a notice does not end a tenancy by itself — an LTB order is required, and only the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) can enforce an eviction. Confirm the exact dates and current version on the official form.
