How it works

From "I have no idea" to a clear plan

  1. 1

    Describe it in plain words

No legal jargon needed — just tell us what happened.

  2. 2

    We identify the path

We match your situation to the correct Ontario LTB process — the notice, the application, the sequence.

  3. 3

You get the exact forms + steps

Which form to serve first (N4, N5, N12…), which application to file (L1, L2, T2, T6…), the timelines, and what to watch out for.

  4. 4

    Backed by real orders

See comparable LTB decisions — wins and losses — with file numbers you can cite.

Common situations we walk you through

Every plan is built on the official LTB forms and process — reviewed by a licensed paralegal.
