Recommend a good tenant

Recommending a tenant adds your attributed endorsement to their rental reputation. It helps great tenants stand out — and, combined with the Landlord Reference Network, helps the whole community of Ontario landlords surface reliable renters.

1. On Leases (or Archived Tenants for a past tenant), open the tenant and choose Recommend.
2. Tick what applies — would rent again, paid on time, no issues — and add an optional comment.
3. Save. You can update your recommendation later.

You can only recommend a tenant you actually have (or had) a lease with — that keeps references trustworthy. The tenant is notified, and your on-time payment data is shown alongside your vouch.
