When you send a lease, each tenant gets a secure link by email and text — no account to create, no password. They draw or upload their signature, and can opt in to rent reporting right at signing.
The flow
- You send the lease.
- Each tenant (and any joint tenant) signs from their own single-use link.
- You countersign — and the lease becomes Active.
Countersigning generates the rent ledger automatically, so rent tracking starts the moment the lease is live.
Built to hold up
Signing links are single-use and expire, and every signed copy is stored for you. It's convenient and defensible if a signature is ever questioned.
