What you can change
From Account → My Account you can edit your name, email, phone and profile picture, and change your password. General Settings manages preferences — including SMS opt-in/out and which email alerts you receive (like the rent-collection & N4 reminders).
Messaging
Use Messages to reach tenants (or owners) inside LandlordEzy, so there's always a saved record of what was agreed.
