N15 — Tenant's Notice to End Tenancy Because of Fear of Sexual or Domestic Violence and Abuse

Tenant ends a tenancy early (28 days) due to fear of sexual or domestic violence.

When to use the N15 — and what happens next

Tenant ends a tenancy early (28 days) due to fear of sexual or domestic violence. The N15 is filed by the tenant under section 47.1 of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Serving a notice does not end a tenancy by itself — an LTB order is required, and only the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) can enforce an eviction. Confirm the exact dates and current version on the official form.
