N11 — Agreement to End the Tenancy

Landlord and tenant mutually agree to end the tenancy on a set date.

When to use the N11 — and what happens next

Landlord and tenant mutually agree to end the tenancy on a set date. The N11 is filed by the landlord under section 37 of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Serving a notice does not end a tenancy by itself — an LTB order is required, and only the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) can enforce an eviction. Confirm the exact dates and current version on the official form.
