How to sign
- You'll get a secure link by email and text — no password or account needed. (You can also open My Leases & E-Sign.)
- Read the lease, then draw or upload your signature from your phone or computer.
- You'll see "Signature Recorded"; once your landlord countersigns, download your executed copy any time.
At signing
You can opt in to having your on-time rent reported to Equifax (which helps build your credit). If your lease asks for it, you can also upload your renter's insurance so it's on file.
