He didn't pay rent for over three months. His big dog also damaged the house in the backyard and then he moved away to GTA. He is also a licensed Paralegal. Be careful with him. He is a smooth talker, but he knows how to rig the system because he's licensed........... do not rent to Caleb Mintah!
