The Legal Guarantee used to be a stand-alone paid add-on. It is no longer sold separately. The cover itself has not gone away — it is now included in a Tenant Placement package, where the brokerage is placing the tenant in the first place.
What it covers
Paralegal-backed support on an eviction of a tenant placed under the package, so a technical error in the paperwork does not get your case dismissed at the Landlord and Tenant Board. The Basic package includes it; Premium extends it and adds tenant screening. Confirm the current terms and length on the placement page before you order.
