If the Tenants fail to make any payment as set out in this order, the full amount becomes due and the monies owing shall bear interest at the post judgement interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. 7. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 1, 2023, then starting July 2, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
