The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the lawful rent owing from September 10, 2023 to November 9, 2023, in full on or before November 10, 2023. 7. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the December 2023 rent in full and on or before December 10, 2023, subject to the application of a last month’s rent deposit that may currently be in the possession of the Landlord. 8. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $78.90 per day for the use of the unit starting January 10, 2024 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 9.
