If the unit is not vacated on or before August 31, 2023, then starting September 1, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is requested to expedite the enforcement of this order and is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord, on or after September 1, 2022. 4. On or before April 12, 2023, the Landlord shall pay to the Tenant, by e-transfer, $500.00. 5. The Tenant shall not be required to pay the lawful rent for the months of May 2023, June 2023 and/or July 2023. 6. The Landlord shall apply the last month’s rent deposit to the month of August 2023.
