This Co-op application — Co-op member eviction — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Co- op Member shall pay to the Co- op $8,095.08, for arrears of monthly housing charges, and costs up to February 28, 2026. 2. The Co- op Member shall pay to the Co- op the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $100.00 in full on or before the first day of each month for a period of 80 months beginning March 1, 2026 up to and including October 1, 2032; and b) $95.00 in full on or before November 1, 2032. 3. The Co- op Member shall also pay to the Co -op the new regular monthly housing charges on time and in full for the duration of the repayment period, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever occurs first. 4. applied for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict Krista Duguay (the 'Co- op Member') because the Co- op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges that the Co- op Member owes. A Case Management Hearing was held on February 4, 2026. The Co- op’s Agents, Kathy Merrit and Pamela Reid, attended for the Co- op. The Co- op Member also attended the hearing.
