It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Co- Op Member's occupancy continues if the Co- op Member meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Co-op Member shall not engage in direct or indirect contact with the Members of unit 35. 3. The Co-op Member shall not engage in any taunting or provoking of the members of unit 35. 5. The Co-op Member shall not make any obscene gestures towards the members of unit 35. 6. The Co- op Member shall not trespass on the fence shared with unit 35; meaning no standing and/or sitting on or around the fence. 7. The Co- op Member shall not engage in any action which would give rise to the service of an N5C. 8. The terms set out in paragraphs 2 through 7 of this order shall be in effect for a period of 24 months beginning April 2, 2026. 9. If the Co-op Member fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 2 through 7 of this order, the Co- op may apply under section 94.11 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the occupancy and evicting the Co- op Member. The Co- op must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Co- op Member. applied for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict Nadine Villeneuve (the 'Co- op Member') because: A Case Management Hearing was held on April 2, 2026. Melissa Carriere attended for the Co- op. The Co-op Member also attended the hearing. As a result of mediation the parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent and I am satisfied that the parties understand the consequences of their consent. The parties agreed to the following: 1. The housing staff will remove the snowbank from the Co -op Member’s driveway on or before April 16, 2026, at no cost to the Co- op Member.
