💡 Summary points

applied for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict Nadine Villeneuve (the 'Co- op Member') because: A Case Management Hearing was held on April 2, 2026. Melissa Carriere attended for the Co- op. The Co-op Member also attended the hearing. As a result of mediation the parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent and I am satisfied that the parties understand the consequences of their consent. The parties agreed to the following: 1. The housing staff will remove the snowbank from the Co -op Member’s driveway on or before April 16, 2026, at no cost to the Co- op Member.
