This Landlord application — Eviction — Landlord own use — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before May 31, 2026. 2. The last month rent deposit shall apply to the last month of the Tenancy. 3. The Landlords shall pay to the Tenants $6,060.00 in compensation. 4. The Landlords shall pay the Tenants the compensation in paragraph 3 as follows a) $3,030.00 on or before May 1, 2026. b) $3,030.00 on or before May 31, 2026. 5. The Landlord shall make all payments outlined in this order to Tenant Florence Heres. 6. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord compensation of $99.62 per day for the use of the unit starting June 1, 2026, until the date the Tenants move out of the unit. 7. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 31, 2026, then starting June 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 8. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after June 1, 2026.
