It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $ 5,272.71 for arrears of rent up to March 31, 2026 and costs. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $400.00 on or before March 27, 2026; b) $500.00 on or before April 1, 2026; c) $400.00 on or before the 15 th day of each month starting May 15, 2026, through to and including January 15, 2027, and; d) A final payment of $373.71 on or before February 15, 2027. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period April 1, 2026 to February 1, 2027, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 4. If the Tenant fails to comply with the payment s set out in paragraph 2 and 3 of this order: a) the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the balance of the amount owing in paragraph 1, and an additional $3,318.00 representing the remaining arrears owing through March 31, 2026, that were otherwise waived. These amounts shall become immediately due and owing; and b) the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Tenant's breach pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant and requiring that the Tenant pay any new arrears, NSF fees and related charges that became owing after March 31, 2026.
