This Co-op application — Co-op member eviction — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1.The Co-o p Member's occupancy is terminated unless the Co-o p Mem ber voids this order. 2.The Co-o p Member may void t his order and continue the occupancy by paying t o Co- op or to the LTB in trust: •$7,098.00 if the payment is m ade on or before March 31, 2026. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. OR •$8,240.00 if the payment is made on or before April 15, 2026. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. 3.The Co-o p Member may also make a motion at the LTB to v oid this order under section 74( 11) and 94.16(2)(b) of the Act, if the Co-o p Member has paid the full amount owing as or dered plus any additional regular monthly housing charges that became due after April 15, 2026 but before the Cour t Enforcement Office ( Sheriff) enforces the eviction. The Co- op Member may only make this m otion once during the occupancy agreement with the Co- op. 4.If the Co-o p Member does not pay the amount required to void this order the Co-o p Member must move out of the member unit on or before April 15, 2 026 5.If the Co-o p Member does not void the order, the Co-o p Member owes the Co-o p $5,529.60. This amount includes arrears of regular monthly housing charges owing up to the date of the hearing and other unpaid housing c harges and the cost of filing the application. Any refundable deposits are deducted from the amount owing by the Co-o p Member.
